I called Scott Walker Heating and Air for a service call. I had noticed some water draining from the outside unit and a humming noise. Mr Walker called me back and explained what he thought might be going on and as it turned out he was absolutely right. For my piece of mind, I asked him to send someone out to check it. Within a few hours, Tom and Andrew came out and thoroughly checked everything and determined all was well. They were very professional and took their time to educate me as to what was going on. Now that I understand, I feel much better. I purchased my system in September of 2020 due my last system all of the sudden dying. I called several places at that time to get estimates and when I talked to Mr Walker, he responded very quickly. He discussed different options help make a decision with respect to the best system to fit my needs. Within a day or so, my new unit was up and running. I had a good feeling about him and his company, here we are almost 3 & 1/2 years later and I am still happy with my decision to use these guys. It is refreshing to do business with a company like Scott Walker Heating and Air. I told Mr Walker to feel free to use me as a reference for future customers. Always thankful for Scott Walker Heating and Air and their employees. I try to get my dryer vent cleaned yearly to prevent chance of fire. Andrew Drake has been to our house several times. He always does a complete and thorough job. When he leaves I feel confident that my dryer will be safe for another year. Thanks again for a great job! Read Less

We had Tom as our provider and he was excellent! Very nice and told us exactly what was wrong. He completed the job and we decided to have the company do yearly maintenance for our units. Because we signed up for that program our issues were actually within that yearly maintenance. They will be back in fall and if there are any issues between then it’s a 10% off discount!
