Tom came out on a Saturday and did an outstanding job. Tom was open to me watching him as I like to learn about areas that I am not great at. Tom explained everything every step of the way. Scott's team recently came out and upgraded our downstairs system to a new variable speed Trane system. We purchased our home a couple years ago and noticed that the downstairs area always had higher humidity levels. We researched and saw that the new variable Trane systems really helped with humidity levels. Tom Crowl came out and did an awesome job of recommending and overseeing the install of our new Trane XV18 system. He has been out a couple times since the original install to help make sure all is configured properly with the new system. I asked him tons of questions and he was really patient with me and helped me understand this new technology. In the future, we look forward to upgrading our upstairs HVAC system with Walker as well. AC quit blowing. Started with another local company that failed to follow up to complete the repair after numerous calls to the office with no return call for an update over a 2 week period when they kept telling me someone would contact me. Got tired of the delays/lack of follow-up. Called Scott Walker HVAC and asked them to check on the availability of the replacement part the original company quoted. Turns out it was an incorrect part, so setup a service call with Scott Walker. Tom came out and diagnosed the problem the Tuesday after Memorial Day, ordered the correct part, received it and came back out on Friday to install and test everything. Very happy with the results. Scott Walker was recommended to me, let me recommended them to you. There is nothing bad to say. I required a custom fit filter and filter box. They surveyed the job, designed the project, completed the job, charged a fair and reasonable fee, every one was pleasant. I like the Scott Walker team. Read Less
