Haven’t had problems with my AC unit for some 20 years so when it went out last night, of course the big question is who do I choose? After some research, I chose Scott Walker heating and air. It’s been a very smooth experience. Tom took my call this morning and set up the appointment and was actually the technician who came out and did the repair.. ended up being a bad capacitor. They were pretty much in and out within a little over an hour, couldn’t ask for a better experience. The price was reasonable and Tom Was very knowledgeable and made a lot of suggestions for me as I’m going to have to replace my entire unit sometime in the future. I can’t brag enough on Scott Walker Heating and Air! We recently had our 2nd floor HVAC stop cooling. I asked for recommendations from neighbors and we received an overwhelming number of positive comments from our community for this company. I called and the call was promptly answered by a professional and sweet lady, Shannon, who answered my questions and concerns and made me an appointment the next business day. She was amazing and made me feel at ease. Every business should have someone like her! John showed up and assessed our upper system and gave me several choices- all that were good. Our unit needed to be replaced and had some other issues that were impacting the effectiveness of it. He was so professional and friendly! Today Mike and Andrew showed up promptly with all that was needed to replace that unit. They have been very professional and have been so careful to take care of my home. Drop cloths covering the floors and stairs, answering my questions, working straight thru this heat. I can’t say enough great things about this company and how wonderful these people are! The installation was completed by Andrew and Mike, who conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect for my home. They maintained a clean and organized work environment and were careful to use shoe covers when entering the house. Their attention to detail and courtesy did not go unnoticed. Additionally, Andrew went the extra mile to ensure I was fully comfortable navigating the new Smart Control (thermostat). He guided me through the setup process, including downloading and configuring the mobile application, and patiently answered all of my questions.
