Nov. 2025 I had scheduled a routine checkup for my furnace. I did not have any historical data on the unit but Tom determined that it was"40 Years Old". We talked over the advantages of replacing this unit with a new and more efficient unit and to replace our 20 year old A/C as well. Tom gave me 4 choices that varied in features and price. I choose one in the $$$ mid-range. I partly chose them due to the TRANE brand. But having worked with the entire team including the installation guys I can say I am very impressed with their work and even more so their personal commitment to integrity and character. They listened well and gave me sound advice. They are truly customer focused. If you are looking for trustworthy help with an HVAC issue then look no further. I received NO benefit from them for this review. I just believe you will become a happy customer like I am. They are a local neighbor striving to be a focused good neighbor. Read Less

This was our first time using Scott Walker HVAC. We had them come out to clean out our dryer duct today. The employees (Tom and Omar) were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked quickly, took pictures of everything they did, and presented us with a fair price for services rendered. We are very pleased! Read Less

John and Austin were fantastic to work with! They first, listened to the issues I was having, asked a few pertinent questions and then went to work troubleshooting my furnace. Within a few minutes of running some tests and doing some diagnostics, they identified the problem and went about fixing it. My furnace is back to running properly. They advised me that the burners will probably need replacing sooner than later and offered to come back and replace them if I found I wanted to do it sooner than another upcoming failure. Great guys, honest and forthcoming… all in all, a very pleasant company to deal with from the receptionist/scheduler to John and Austin. I’m very glad I found this team, all by happenstance! Scott Walker was recommended to me, let me recommended them to you. There is nothing bad to say. I required a custom fit filter and filter box.
