I called Scott Walker Heating and Air about 5 minutes before the official business hours. A very nice lady picked up right away. My AC was completely dead, no heat or emergency heat. They fit me right into their schedule and within 3 hours I had Tom and Connor at my front door. They were expeditious in finding the root cause of the issue; within an hour they had me up and running. I have their business cards and will definitely call again if I have any issues. Read Less

I recently had a system upgrade by Scott Walker Heating and Air. Very pleased with their quick response and installation. Jerald was very helpful and answered all questions about the unit. Justin and Mike took care of installation and did a superb job! (they even took time to tie my azaleas away from harm) This is my second installation with this company. Our old AC was over 15 years old and has needed a few repairs in the last couple of years. So we decided it would best to upgrade to a new and more efficient system. I recieved quotes from a few different installers. Even though Scott Walker was not the least expensive option I was positive they were the right company to work with. John explained all of the options available to include the type of system that would work best for our space, payment/finance options, and what to expect during installation. On installation day Justin and Mike showed up on time and were very professional. They explained everything they would be doing and answered all of my questions. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Tom, Justin, and Omar were a very professional team, as well as being prompt and courteous. Had to replace a 30 year a/c-heating unit. Tom explained all my options which included discounts and financing. Never felt pressured.
