John, the service technician, provided a thorough assessment of my existing system and clearly explained the issues it was facing. He presented three well-considered replacement options, each accompanied by a detailed quote and pros/cons for each. His professionalism and transparency were greatly appreciated and instilled confidence in my decision-making process. The installation was completed by Andrew and Mike, who conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect for my home. They maintained a clean and organized work environment and were careful to use shoe covers when entering the house. Their attention to detail and courtesy did not go unnoticed. Additionally, Andrew went the extra mile to ensure I was fully comfortable navigating the new Smart Control (thermostat). He guided me through the setup process, including downloading and configuring the mobile application, and patiently answered all of my questions.
