I called for a second opinion, and from my very first conversation with Shannon to the service visit with Tom and Conner, the experience was exceptional. They quickly identified and resolved the issue, and every interaction was focused on genuine customer service. I even emailed over the quotes I had received from another company, and Scott personally stepped in to review them and offer his honest feedback. I was very impressed with Scott Walker Heating and Air! I was able to get a next day appointment for a tune-up after I had called 7 other companies who couldn’t come out for weeks. I was needing a quick appointment because I’m selling my home. My realtor’s preferred HVAC specialist recommended Scott Walker to us and they were great! We had a complete new 3 and 2 ton Trane system install. Led by John Barton, his team of Michael, Ben, Andrew, and Austin. It took them two days in 90 degree weather and they hardly stop during that time. They were all fast workers and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. A great bunch of guys. Scott's team recently came out and upgraded our downstairs system to a new variable speed Trane system. We purchased our home a couple years ago and noticed that the downstairs area always had higher humidity levels. We researched and saw that the new variable Trane systems really helped with humidity levels. Tom Crowl came out and did an awesome job of recommending and overseeing the install of our new Trane XV18 system. He has been out a couple times since the original install to help make sure all is configured properly with the new system. I asked him tons of questions and he was really patient with me and helped me understand this new technology. In the future, we look forward to upgrading our upstairs HVAC system with Walker as well.
