Tom came out on a Saturday and did an outstanding job. Tom was open to me watching him as I like to learn about areas that I am not great at. Tom explained everything every step of the way. Scott's team recently came out and upgraded our downstairs system to a new variable speed Trane system. We purchased our home a couple years ago and noticed that the downstairs area always had higher humidity levels. We researched and saw that the new variable Trane systems really helped with humidity levels. Tom Crowl came out and did an awesome job of recommending and overseeing the install of our new Trane XV18 system. He has been out a couple times since the original install to help make sure all is configured properly with the new system. I asked him tons of questions and he was really patient with me and helped me understand this new technology. In the future, we look forward to upgrading our upstairs HVAC system with Walker as well.
