Nov. 2025 I had scheduled a routine checkup for my furnace. I did not have any historical data on the unit but Tom determined that it was"40 Years Old". We talked over the advantages of replacing this unit with a new and more efficient unit and to replace our 20 year old A/C as well. Tom gave me 4 choices that varied in features and price. I choose one in the $$$ mid-range. I partly chose them due to the TRANE brand. But having worked with the entire team including the installation guys I can say I am very impressed with their work and even more so their personal commitment to integrity and character. They listened well and gave me sound advice. They are truly customer focused. If you are looking for trustworthy help with an HVAC issue then look no further. I received NO benefit from them for this review. I just believe you will become a happy customer like I am. They are a local neighbor striving to be a focused good neighbor. Read Less

John and Austin were fantastic to work with! They first, listened to the issues I was having, asked a few pertinent questions and then went to work troubleshooting my furnace. Within a few minutes of running some tests and doing some diagnostics, they identified the problem and went about fixing it. My furnace is back to running properly. They advised me that the burners will probably need replacing sooner than later and offered to come back and replace them if I found I wanted to do it sooner than another upcoming failure. Great guys, honest and forthcoming… all in all, a very pleasant company to deal with from the receptionist/scheduler to John and Austin. I’m very glad I found this team, all by happenstance! From the time I spoke with Shannon to book a service call until I was getting warmed by my repaired mini-split my experience with Scott Walker HVAC was fantastic! Tom is remarkably knowledgeable . After a simple misunderstanding, Shannon (Office) and I have a wonderful line of communication. Her patience is wonderful. This will be the first HVAC system I've ever had to replace, so, I didn't understand the verbiage. I feel good about using them as my HVAC goto! Read Less

Had multiple companies quote for two new HVAC systems, Scott Walker Heating and Air had the best quote on price as well as quality of equipment. John Barton oversaw installation and did a fantastic job, making sure we understand everything being done along every step. Would highly recommend them to any one in need of HVAC services. Read Less
