I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott Walker Heating and Air, a highly professional team for the replacement of my HVAC system. John, the service technician, provided a thorough assessment of my existing system and clearly explained the issues it was facing. He presented three well-considered replacement options, each accompanied by a detailed quote and pros/cons for each. His professionalism and transparency were greatly appreciated and instilled confidence in my decision-making process. The installation was completed by Andrew and Mike, who conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect for my home. They maintained a clean and organized work environment and were careful to use shoe covers when entering the house. Their attention to detail and courtesy did not go unnoticed. Additionally, Andrew went the extra mile to ensure I was fully comfortable navigating the new Smart Control (thermostat). He guided me through the setup process, including downloading and configuring the mobile application, and patiently answered all of my questions. I’m new to the area, just moved into my new house, and this was my first visit from Scott Walker. I’m so pleased, I will continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance and all service issues. The service crew arrived on time, I received a text when they were on their way, the wore protective foot covers in the house and cleaned up after they finished. I had a problem with the Nest thermostat that came with the house and they changed out the thermostat to a simpler model which I certainly prefer. They went through the furnace unit completely to be sure the problem was only with the thermostat. The cost of the visit was very reasonable and worth every penny. We needed additional supply and return ducts to a bedroom which stayed too hot in summers and too cold in winters. Scott Walker's Tom along with Connor completed the installation in a few hours.
